I adored the BellBeefers. There is a chain called Taco Casa which has basically the same thing. They just don’t have as many stores as Taco Bell ---

Arround 1998, Wendy’s sold a chick Caesar wrap that was quite delicious but discontinued it a few years later. I wish they’d bring it back. ---

I work across the street from a LJS. “Struggling” is putting it mildly, at least for that particular location. They’ve had a “NOW HIRING” on their marquee for so long (at least two years) that the leg fell off the “R” a while ago, making it “NOW HIPING”. … and they semi-recently added “MANAGERS ALL SHIFTS” underneath. Good luck with that. Worse, their lines are atrocious. The windows on our pizza joint face them, so we can see - and gossip about - how long it takes X car to creep through. One of my coworkers saw their long-ass line & was like, “They hoppin’ tonight!” and I was like, “No, they’re moving slowly and probably don’t have anyone ‘really’ in charge.” ---

Oh, I just remembered. Chili’s had a drink called, “The Mandarin Blush”. I really liked it! They discontinued it, and then I even contacted corporate to ask for the recipe. No dice! ---

To me caesar has to have some “bite” to it. Testing memories here- Taco Bell used to have this thing- cheap- what was linda like a cheese roll up but with some sort of Chile sauce. Name? ---
