Not so much because they’re too thick (being female they all feel the same from this side), but because in my experince Trojans have a _much_ higher break rate than any other brand. I know a lot of guys like pocket knives or Leathermens but a lot of guys (like myself) do not. Seriously, if I got one as a gift it would end up in my toolbox or in a pen drawer. I don’t even like large keychains. A wallet and keys is about all I want to carry around with me. Make sure he’s a pocketknife type guy before you get him one. ---

In other news, I read the thread title as “what to 18 year old boys LOOK like”, and thought for a moment that someone REALLY spends too much time at the computer! ---
