That’s all semantics. If you’re under age you’re under age. By 1 year or 7 or 8. I’m not saying there are no super precocious sexual teens. In fact I know there are. This is s societal thing. Why adult men want younger and younger girls is beyond me. The problem needs to be addressed to the Men who do these things, first. The perpetrators in prisons are just the ones who got caught. ---

Sounds like ‘Cruel and Unusual Punishment’ to me. Not only odd, but ineffective. It’s their warped brains and their legs that make rape possible, not semen. There isn’t one serial rapist without legs, but if one was castrated you now have a potential rapist who DOESN’T leave evidence behind. ---
