I’ve commuted by bus to school or work for decades. Overall, it’s economical and fairly reliable. What I don’t like: (1) sometimes you have to sit next to creeps with weird behaviors and/or odors; (2) be in the midst of germs as people cough and sneeze around you; (3) inconsiderate people holding extended cell phone conversations at the top of their voices; (4) people holding loud conversations as though they’re the only ones on the bus – who wants to listen to THAT! But that’s what you have to put up with on public transit. Oh, just thought of one more – watch where you’re sitting; never assume a clean seat.
