I’m female. I’m a housewife, married for a long time. Two grown kids – my son’s in the Navy and my daughter is starting college. My daughter was severely premature and is disabled (with Cerebral Palsy). I’m an agnostic & skeptic. I think the Little House on the Prairie TV series sucked. Sucked, sucked, sucked, I tell you. ---

Talk about ourselves? Sure! Always a hit! 53 year old geophyisicist who played drums with a bunch of bands for about 25 years before hanging up the sticks around 16 years ago. I still have two kits (both Ludwig with Tamaya accoutrements). I _love_ geophysics as a profession, and, as a result of many years of struggle, it’s what I get to do every day, in a highly remunerative situation. Unabashed Islamofacsist phobic here; I guess we’ll just wait and see what they’ll do next. And a representative atheist conservative to boot. But you knew that. I have posted in the past that continued posting at a site such as this seems to inevitably lead to one dripping and dropping enough details about one’s life that one incidentally provides enough personal info for a dedicated sleuth to devine one’s identity. It’s happened to me. ---

I’m rinni. 26 and female. My hair’s pink and I have a piercing. (Okay, so you don’t probably already know this, but you may have seen me in a picture thread.) I don’t like to get involved in fights. I don’t make friends easily. I like Pokemon, food, metal, sleeping, and video games. I play musical instruments (flute, bass, guitar). I’m OK at them but I blow nobody away. These are all things that people who have read my posts for seven years will probably know. I’m 28. And female. I grew up in Northern California, but if you ask me where I’m from, I’ll most likely say Chicago. I majored in anthropology. I’m a Peace Corps Volunteer in Bulgaria. (I teach English as a Foreign Language in an elementary school. School starts tomorrow! Aaahhh!) I’m a liberal, and a vegetarian, and Jewish, and I’m a member of the Joss Whedon Cult.
