Off the top of my head, I really like how you can access the pages of a thread from the forum summary page. The Preview Post feature is long overdue. So far, so good. ---

Also, what’s with the edit/delete button. At the bottom, it says: Changes: Messages can NOT be edited by their author. Messages can NOT be deleted by their author. Does that mean anyone else can edit or delete my messages? ---

Will I have to log in each time or will cookies “remember” me and sign me in automatically? It’s all right, much faster. But it does seem a little more cluttered than the old board. I wish the sig lines would automatically be printed in a smaller font, or people would use them more sparingly… Oooh, I just noticed the Topic Review. I LIKE that format much better. Just username and what they had to say. I also noticed that “Show Signature” is automatically checked. ---

I agree that it’s just going to take some time to get used to it. It looks like there’s a lot of fun new stuff, PLUS we don’t have to load the first page of a four-page thread. That alone makes me happy. And if it means that the board goes down less, I’ll have no complaints at all. ---

Monty, apparently the loss of posting privileges didn’t roll over to the new software. Nothing official has been said on the matter the last I heard, but generally people seem to be saying that if he behaves himself, the admins have better things to worry about than rebanning him. There’s a thread over in ATMB that he started where this is discussed. As for my feelings about the new look, I think that the “post reply” and “new thread” graphics really need to go. I’d like to see each post separated a bit better from its neighbors. Probably just something like a line between each one would suffice. ---

Once it brings you to the “Post Reply” screen, scroll down. There is a “Topic Review” that lists the most recent posts in reverse chronological order, with just screen name and their message. I think that format is much easier to read than the one that exists now, with all the icons, etc. ---

Well at least the board hasn’t crashed yet (to my knowledge). I agree with ya about Tuba, she is not an asset here just merely an ass (I don’t think she has ever said anything worthwhile–well maybe in ATMB). I’ll give slythe a chance (he’s new to the task)… All you other mods are fine. For the life of me…I cannot figure Cecil out. He must be afraid of the board. … … Sometimes the board gets annoyingly slow. As more members join the board I suspect the problem to get worse…until a better server is in place. ---

**UpperUs** Slythe is a well respected poster on the board. After 27 posts I doubt that the same could be said for you yet. I think if I were you, dork, I’d hesitate to flame Tuba at this point. Until you sit in her position for a while and have to take the shit off people like you, I’d not be too quick to judge. Your posting fora is set in the minds of other posters during your initial posts. You just made yours. ---
