# What do you call your instrument?

And it’s important that she plays the viola! Viola players are usually joked about as being dumb - you couldn’t tell the joke about say a flutist… .  
One of my ex-boyfriends played the viola and he loved to tell these jokes. 🙂

Playing the piano does not really lend itself well to names, especially with my setup. My mom has her grandmother’s piano in our house. At school, I have a wimpy little 48-key MIDI hooked up to my PC, or I can sneak into the music department’s practice rooms late at night. There’s not much point in naming any of them since I don’t really have one I would be that attached to.
