Well, Saturday I had a wedding to go to. The widowed mother of a freind of mine, semiprivate affair. But, we have IMed some and we talked on the phone.

She has tomorrow off and I’m taking off early and we are going to meet at our downtown park early afternoon and do an early dinner in our historic district.

Tho shy seeming in person and phonewise, she chats up a storm IMing. So, I’m going to have to get over my loathing of that form of communication, it seems.

Yes, she’s divorced, so someone else is indeed sick of her shit. Don’t bother me none!

There’s an age difference. She’s not quite 30 yet, but apparantly close. She has daughter from a very young age. The kid is almost 12, so that puts her as a former teenaged mom. Perhaps the explanation for her current single status. You know how those things go.

NOW – I’m nervous. yeah, I know how to date, done that plenty of times. And no, I’m not going to try to surpass our first meeting. I’m going to be my regular, slightly off self. Truth be told, there’s something a little odd about her, too. Which is a huge turn on (that those of you who really know me already know).

I’m married to a former teenaged mom. In fact, she had three children by the time I found her. I highly recommend former teenaged moms! 😃
