# What do you do with arsonists?

They should be treated as anti-social and put into mental institutions. If they were older (over 16) and the fires caused severe damage life in prison if it caused deaths the death penalty for them.

Further to the above -
- Make little Johnny and Freddy attend weekend community service every weekend until their 18th birthdays. Any failure to show up without a valid medical reason should lead to time in juvenile detention.
- Place a $100000 surety on Johnny and Freddy’s parents. If Johnny or Freddy should get into any trouble (involving police) up until their 18th birthdays then said parents are liable for the $100000 surety. This also includes if they miss weekend community service.
