Podcasts, basically every time I’m alone. I follow about 20 different ones, and there’s one I like so much that I sprinkle the back catalog through my current “up next” list. Which means that I’m about a month behind on everything, but slowly catching up. When someone does ride with me, I switch to the XM radio (grandfathered lifetime subscription) and listen to music. Before I got into podcasts, I would normally listen to the XM comedy stations. ---

Sirius XM channels: classic rock, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, New Wave, Blues, alternated with Fox News channel for comic relief. NPR occasionally, along with some local FM rock stations depending on where I am. ---

I listen to satellite radio. Usually Faction Talk (not news, unless funny/stupid news) or music, usually metal/rock channels, though sometimes it’s EDM. ---
