T-shirts. We travel a lot to amusement parks, have a Harley, and have helped various organizations and charities over the years. As a result the ones we have out for use take up about 12 feet of hanger space and what we have in back-up is around one and a half 55 gallon trash cans. We both wear the same size and like having a fresh shirt every day and it still takes us about 5 months to get through the main supply once. ---

Garden soil/top soil We over estimated what we needed to fill our raised beds. The neighbor took some, but we still have a bunch of it left. We put it buckets, bins, containers, the wheelbarrow is full. It’s just sitting there waiting to be needed. Then the next week my mom came down and (for some reason) brought me 3 large bags of garden soil/potting mix. 😕 ---

Back fur. Eyebrows. Only 2, but they require constant pruning.:eek: Had too many kitchen pots, books, ratty socks, shirts, but was inspired by Marie Condo’s book and went through cupboards and closets, asking of each item, “does this bring me joy?” If it didn’t, out it went. Working up to trying that with fur and pliers:( ---

Being raised by Depression-era parents, I’ve really tried to fight againt excessive acquistion. Cleaning out their home when they passed was…an experience. Who needs 90 bars of soap? 16 bags of cotton balls? and oven-sized boxes of used tin foil? However, like many of you, I’m a bookaholic. I have and love my Kindle, but when I settle down on the couch to read, I want an actual physical book (and a couple of good firm crispy apples - call me Jo from Little Women). I do tons of writing, so I use my library a fair amount. And I have everything I use marked. And I know the page. And and and… That’s my justification for not pitching most of it! Also perfumes. After 15 years as a perfume reviewer, I have everything from sample sizes to entire bottles of well over 700 scents. I do wear them - one every day - but will never drain them all in my lifetime. Fortunately, my DIL is looking forward to inheriting whatever is left over. ---

Candy sprinkles, nonpareils, decorating sugars and the like. I have 20+ jars. Yes, I know I have a problem. Also fleece. Love me some fleece pullovers and jackets. So fuzzy and warm! But I have way too many. I recently put a bunch into a bin and if I don’t wear any of them in 6 months I’m donating them to Goodwill. I don’t have too many books, I just have too few bookshelves. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it. ---
