I’ve only even turned my heat on like once or twice so far this winter, when it is on, it’s somewhere around 64-65, but it’s usually quite a bit cooler than that. I really only ever even want it over 60 if I’ve been laying around doing nothing all day. In the summer I let it get a little warmer, maybe 68-70, but even 70 is pushing it before I’m uncomfortably hot and sweating. ---

The temp of the upstairs thermostat is set to 62, though it often lingers between 64-70 something. The heat is never on up there unless someone else occasionally turn it on at night, I just get by with two blankets at night. The thermostat heat gets turned on downstairs every night though, at around 64-66. ---

The heat on both thermostats stays off during the day though, I don’t mind a colder house and it doesn’t get terribly cold where I live. It’s not even needed during the day where I am. ---

67-68 when at home. It sets back to 60 at night and during weekdays during work hours. ---

I live in a warm state, but it does drop below freezing a few times a year. If I think the pipes will freeze, I’ll turn it on, but otherwise, I gave up climate control a couple of years ago, in order to better acclimate myself to a wide range of temperatures. It’s working out really well. The only downside is being in freezing buildings in the summer and overheated ones in the winter. ---

Set to auto heat/cool, year round the thermostat is set for minimum 75F, maximum 78F. ---

Mine is programmed to 18.5 at night, 21 in the morning and evening and 20 during the work day. It used to be 18.5 during the work day but now that I work at home most days it’s gone up. Since my office is in the basement and it has underfloor heating I could let the rest of the house cool down but then I would feel even more trapped in my chair for the day.
