I know this isn’t really an answer, but I don’t regret anything that I have done. I’ve done a few dumb things, made my share of mistakes, and said things I wish I had not. Yet, my moments of stupidity have been learning experiences, and each of those stumbles along the way have caused me to turn out the way I have. Without them, I wouldn’t be me. I don’t regret anything. The decisions I’ve made have brought me where I am. This is what defines me. Regrets are for the weak. If you wish something was different then change it. And don’t give me that bullshit about it “being too late”. Modify your behavior if you feel it’s necessary and move on. Just an opinion. Mine. ---

I’d like to not have any regrets, but I do. I regret not fighting for myself when I was a kid. I regret believing the horrible things other people (children, really) said. I regret thinking (and preaching) that I had all the answers–and the massive relational damage it did.
