I think that’s pretty close, **Kythereia** , but I think [this](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Touched_by_His_Noodly_Appendage.jpg) is closer.

In the early 60’s, Cecil looked like [this](http://www.tvacres.com/reptiles_serpents_cecil.htm). All the subsequent years of DOPING have probably altered that handsome mug, but _no one’s_ got pctures.

Hmmm. Probably about 6 feet tall. Blond hair in a tousled just-got-out-of-bed style. Icy blue eyes. Magnetic smile. Sharp dresser. Always has a comb in his pocket. Always gives of a light scent of a nice cologne, like Acqua Di Gio or something. When you shake hands with him his hands are big and warm and dry. Well manicured.
Well, he always _sounds_ so slick, I figured he must look it as well…

I always imagined Cecil as a very big, balding, gruffly supercilious white Chicagoan male in his 50s, with a walrus moustache and a distinguished pizza gut, attired in a thrift shop white tuxedo jacket, tropical sky blue bow tie and cummerbund, surfer jams, and docksiders. He never smokes, yet gives off an aura of aromatic pipe tobacco, and is typically seen at parties glowering goodnaturedly and holding a Virgin Mary (the cocktail, stupid).

Funny, I’ve always pictured him as a salt-and-pepper haired, slightly older but obviously wiser [Don Cheadle](http://espn.starwave.com/media/pg3/2004/0128/photo/don_cheadle_vi.jpg) (minus the earring and the smile of course).
