Meanwhile, I can only imagine the articles that will come out if Clinton doesn’t clinch the nomination with pledged delegates (and she probably won’t) after the final vote (DC, I think):

“Here is a list of the phone numbers of the Democratic members of Congress; call them and tell them that if they don’t vote for Sanders at the convention, they shouldn’t count on your vote at their next election (which, except for a few Senators, is in, or even before, November)”

or even:

“Here is a list of the hotel rooms where the Superdelegates will be staying…”

I had to look up “Bernie Bros” - they’re a thing now? (And I hesitate to think what any female ones are called. Then again, I wouldn’t be surprised to see, "Bernie Bros before Hillary AHEM I’ll go quietly…)

Anyway, while I have only heard rumors about the second one (besides, I doubt they have actually assigned hotel rooms yet - hotels, yes, but not matching specific delegates to specific rooms), I have started to see the first one become a Facebook meme, complete with singling out specific people, usually ones from states (a) that Sanders “won” but who have already made their support for Clinton public, and (b) that have not had their Congressional primary yet (some states have separate votes for President and for everybody else).

Indeed they are but I’ve seen Clintonistas being about as equally affronted by Bernie Bros threatening to primary out super delegates.

(Does Sanders see no reason to rein in this type of thing? You’d think he’d at least bother to have one of his top aides denounce it.)

Do you have a cite for all that? The NPR story I read doesn’t mention home addresses and says this:

Thayer, who answered questions over email, later changed the name simply to “Superdelegate List.”

“The intent of the branding was to parody the famous Clinton Hit List, this was a tongue–in–cheek attempt at parody which I thought would encourage resharing,” Thayer said. “The branding began to detract from the campaign’s purpose, so it wasn’t a hard decision to make the change once it was clear it wasn’t working.”

Thayer’s goal with the site was to make it easier for voters to get in touch with superdelegates.

Also, no gun target motiff. Arrows and a stags head.
