People have said I sound just like my dad and brother. Their voices are alright, so mine must be too. My stepbrothers once asked me to impersonate my dad on the phone, but I declined. Listening to a recording of me is just so jarring that I can’t appreciate it.
I’m not terribly fond of it. I sound far more nasal and dull-witted than I sound to myself. Haven’t put much practice into fixing that, though.

My speaking voice is very light and very expressive. If I am feeling something - anything - it will show up in my voice. I like the sound of my own voice, even if it’s an octave higher than it sounds in my head.
My singing is fantastic, and it sounds exactly as I hear it in my head. It’s extremely high (first soprano) and clear as a bell. I’ve been in choirs since I was five years old, off and on. When I tried out for the last choir, people waiting in the hallway said, “That was you?! You have such a wonderful voice!”
