Have 'em fall in a spacewarp and pop out by the Discworld. Spock and Leonard of Quirm get to meet. Kirk and Vetinari. Chekov and the Librarian. McCoy and Granny Weatherwax.

Have a wormhole deposit them in Middle Earth during the Third Age. Then we can find out that Gandalf was actually Mr. Spock all along, The Old Took was really Chekov, and Scotty was captured by Saruman and forced to build his war engines.

Mandy Patinkin or Christopher Eccleston.

> I’m still against it. One of the (many) problems with the last few attempts to revisit the franchise is that Star Trek writers are addicted to endlessly revisiting actors, heroes and (especially) villains from previous iterations. Taking advantage of audience nostalgia for older Treks occasionally is kinda fun, but its just boring if thats basically all they offer, and things that were cool the first time (the Borg in TNG) become so convoluted and neutered by the tenth or twentieth appearance that they’re boring (the Borg by the end of Voyager). I’m convinced the reason the latest movies plot was such a mess was at least in part because the writers felt they had to shoehorn a part for Leonard Nemoy.

Yes, please. I like the new versions of the TOS characters–a lot. But I want to see some well written _new_ adventures. It’s a big galaxy.

Khan? They might as well drop in a few Daleks…

I don’t want to see Khan. I always felt like his group got lucky enough to get ahold of a starship and were able to surprise Kirk because he always dives into everything. The reason they stuck around and waited for Kirk, instead of leaving, was because he had been waiting for a long time to get revenge. The current Kirk is a bit too young to lock him away and then have him bide his time for 20 years. Khan and his goons always looked like they should be in 70’s Broncos and Blazers out in the desert with dirt bikes and 3-wheelers.

Since we’re stuck in the Abramsverse for another 2 movies, I want to see Klingons that are violent and mean. The third movie better return things to the prime universe, hopefully killing Chekov along the way.

> I disagree. The reboot had some glaring plot holes and coincidences, but all in all, it was pretty smart for big-budget SF, and the script was witty and well-paced.

Glaring plots holes by definition aren’t in intelligent scripts. Coincidences can be but usually only in movies that are already working on a higher level.

Action packed script I’ll give you. Fun script I’ll give you. Entertaining script certainly. Still a dumb script.

That was one of the biggest flaws of _Enterprise_, I thought. They could have made the whole series about trying to fit Tellarite, Andorians, Vulcans and humans (and that fact they established early on that Vulcans and humans distrusted each other was, I thought, both brave and intriguing) into a proto-Federation (as they just barely started to do at the end), instead of wasting our time with those insipid Suliban and Xindi storylines or throwing in anachronistic elements like Borg.

I proffer an amendment: An **Original Series** Klingon ship! When the Klingons were not noble-savage [Proud Warrior Race Guys](http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/ProudWarriorRaceGuy) but conquering, piratical, bloodthirsty Mongols! Without silly forehead-bumps!

I’d rather see the Daleks than more Khan,Borg, time travel, or any of the other wells that need to be left alone for a while to replenish. My vote: More Gorn!

Hey, since the movie pretty much swiped the plot of E’prise’s third season, let’em tackle the (Andorian, Tellarite, pissy Vulcan fourth too

Let’s start off the film with the Enterprise doing some space exploration. Kirk and co discover some strange planet and go on from there.

I’d like to see what kind of breeding scheme the Vulcans com up with to restore the race. Will every female need to have children by diverse fathers? Will Spock breed at all or will they bring in some humans and start a bunch of human/vulcans?

I also want to see nudity of both sexes.
