# What do you want?

I want my boss to hire more staff.  
OR  
I want to say no to outrageous overtime without feeling like I have to justify it. But all my coworkers are pulling insane hours, and if I say no someone else will have to work it.

It just sucked today that I was pulling a double and couldn’t leave when my son went to hospital.
