# "What does 'Insufficient Disk Space' mean?"

Another unrelated anecdote. My brother had a job working the helpdesk for a national company. He gets a call from a sales guy at an office two states away who needs some software set up.

My brother tells the sales person that it would be easier and faster if he could remote into the guy’s desktop to do this. So they do that.

The next week the same guy calls back. He’s trying to print something and has a paper jam. He asks if my brother can fix it remotely.
