# What does keeping sex/violence/profanity from children accomplish?

Likewise, if any hard evidence to the affirmative comes up, I’d like to see it. In the meantime it seems parents must simply do what they believe is right without any definitive guide either way.

Ah, but then why are Precious Moments figurines such big sellers then? It’s the whole “They’re so much cuter when they’re innocent” thing, isn’t it?
