The title says it all. I will link to [this webpage](http://sandstormreviews.blogspot.com/2008/03/faction-paradox-newtons-sleep-daniel.html) to put my question in context. Particularly the phrase “LOL Cybermen”, maybe I’m getting old, but I can’t work out this abbreviation. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. ---

In my country the word ‘assistent’ is regularly abbreviated by taking the first three letters of the word… The job description of a friend of mine is ‘ass. manager’. 🙂 ---

As for the “LOL Cybermen” thing, in this context I understand it to mean “ha ha look at the funny Cybermen”, i.e. cheesy badly done sci-fi cliches as seen in Doctor Who. ---
