See: Works of Norman Rockwell. He could make any female human below the age of 35 fit the bill. It’s just a pity he died before goth girls were commonplace (And while Kari Byron was only four years old). ---

Same thing with Pam Anderson or Elisha Cuthbert, both Canadian; seems to me to be the All-American Girl, you at least have to be American. Preferably from Iowa or Nebraska or some other flat farmy place. ---
