In case you want to add them: specifics on who originated the MMP ( **Rue DeDay** ), why he’s not starting them at the moment (he’s not a stay-at-home dad anymore), and the MMP’s purpose (playground for random hijacks and jokes) are in posts 4, 5 and 6 of the thread that **Q.E.D.** linked above.

I understand what the subtitle “_Charter_ Member” means. However, I have seen a lot of folks with just a banal title of “Member,” under their name. What is the difference? Is just plain “Member” some sort of limbo in between “Guest” and “Charter Member?”
I have read the “Beginner’s Guide,” and the other stickies where I thought I would find an answer to this question, but I haven’t found any. 😕

Member is what you get after you pay to join.
Charter Member is restricted to the original members. There is more detail to it, but that is pretty much all.
