I have no soul. My perusal of various bodies of literature has led me to believe they are mere liabilities anyway. Furthermore, though I can be described as “spirited” by people of eloquence, I do not have a spirit, either. Lacking those two, I am far superior to those who are unable to turn their backs on religious gratifications and paradigms as well as those who pine for spiritual enlightenment and that kind of mumbo-jumbo. Instead, I have a body, though it is merely a construct of chemical components which serves as a venue for the electrochemical activities of my intellect. Not only do I know the difference between “who” and “whom,” “lie” and “lay,” and “jealousy” and “envy,” I correct other people when I talk to them or nitpick their SD posts. ---

I ride a bike to work. I don’t use soap much, but I do use shampoo. I just use it everywhere. I shave dry. I have never found an advantage to shaving cream or soap, All they do is turn the shaved-off hair into cement that clogs my razor. I re-use plastic utensils and the plastic containers take-out food comes in to a point that’s silly. ---

Back when I had a car (not having one is not by choice), it was a 5400lb 1975 Dodge station wagon with a 400 cubic inch (6.6 liter) V8. I got 23mpg city and 28 highway. No special tune-ups or magic gas-saving appliances. It’s all how you drive. (And that 23mpg city was while delivering pizzas.) ---
