re: Megan Fox I think she’s pretty, but I about swallowed my tongue when I saw that she was 23. She needs to fire her stylist and get to a dermatologist because I think her face looks 40 easily. Lindsay Lohan looks about 40 too, but I think we all know why… ---

I know it’s hard to imagine that a woman could become a celebrity and a fashion icon without being conventionally beautiful, but Sarah Jessica Parker did it. Saying you don’t think she’s really all that good looking is missing the point. ---

Thank you, **Lamia**. Well put. I always wondered about people who use her as their example. She’s supposed to be beautiful because she’s famous? Oh and one I don’t get is Kari Byron. Don’t.get.it.at.all. It was explained to me that she’s a passable looking woman on a geek show who got (kinda) naked so geeks everywhere will embrace her, but I don’t see it. ---

Well, if we really want to dish… Nicole Kidman–she looks like a Victorian Barbie doll to me and IMO her face is starting to look a wee tight, as in she’s gotten some work done… I don’t even know who Megan Fox is, but she looks like an Angie doll from the 1970s–Dawn’s friend with long black hair: [AngieDoll](http://z.about.com/d/collectdolls/1/0/7/L/dawn1.jpg) Angie/Megan is the one on the left. Farrah Fawcett never was all that attractive to me–I never liked her hair style, either. Tom Hanks is not mega-handsome, either. His mouth is too small for his face. Jeesh, I’m picky! ---

For some reason I just don’t “get” Angelina Jolie. And I know that it’s not the lips, so I’m not sure exactly why I don’t “get” her. ---

Uma Thurman has always looked like a frog to me. Great body and all, but not at all attractive to me above the neck. Leonardo DiCaprio is too fem for my tastes (actually, I kind of see all blond guys that way–Brad Pitt is another one, though not nearly as much as Leo). Actually, a lot of Hollywood guys are too manicured for me–the J. Crew look is too precise and boring. I’m exposing my “junk food TV” habit, but Daisy De La Hoya of “Daisy of Love” is just a hot mess (and has a personality to match). She’s had so much work done, I can’t tell if she ever was attractive to start with. There’s a reason why the VH-1 message board crowd calls her “Duck Face.” It fits. ---

I came in to offer Clark Gable (just watched GWTW the other day), but after looking for a photo to share, I decided that he’s actually quite handsome – at least in photos. In GWTW, his mouth is too big and juicy and his lips look kinda loose. He has great eyes though. What do you guys think of the woman in the Palm Pre ads? That’s a very minimalist image, hair pulled back, no visible eyelashes or eyebrows, no makeup. I think she’s quite pretty, which is weird, because eyes and hair and makeup are a big part of what we think of as attractive. ---
