Pretty self-explanatory title, but just to be clear- what fictional characters have you encountered who, if they were real and you met them in the Waking, would you most want to have as your lover/husband/wife/significant other/prison bitch/concubine, etc.? It can be from any genre (literature, movie, television, graphic novel, comics, cartoons, etc.- except for Dot Warner, who is mine.) This may be more relevant for IMHO, but since it involves film, TV, etc., I’ll put it here. ---

I’m gonna go with: Friday, from the Heinlein novel of the same name Willow, from BtVS Deety Burroughs Carter, also from Heinlein, in Number of the Beast Rogue (the movie version played by Anna Paquin), from X-Men and as my concubine, Britney Spears. She’s fictional right? and from my childhood fantasies, Dyna-Girl, of Electra Woman and Dyna Girl 🙂 ---

Michael Tolliver from Armistead Maupin’s **Tales of the City** series of books Wesley from **The Princess Bride** in the book and the movie Dallas(played by Caspar Van Dien) in **Modern Vampires** (I don’t care about his politics, religion, or even having a deep meaningful discussion with him. WILD HOT MONKEY LOVE is what that man makes me want.) Hard Harry(played by Christian Slater) in **Pump Up The Volume**. _Purrrrrrrrr_… The college guy who gets Elizabeth Shue at the end of **Adventures in Babysitting**. Oh… that man still makes me melt. He’s amazingly stunning. Mark Darcy from **Bridget Jones’ Diary** in the book or in the movie. _Spank me Daddy and make me do **bad things**._ One last choice that is purely on animal attraction and nothing but… Bullseye(played by Colin Farrell) in **Daredevil**. I’d bitchslap Mother Theresa’s corpse on live television to get some of that.\* \*To be clear: I’d _think_ about trying to get around having to do that, but I **would** do it and risk mass international hatred and very, very demented people thinking I was cool to get Colin Farrell to nail me like a jackhammer. ---

And either **Mark Darcy or Mr. Darcy** , as long as Colin Firth comes along for the ride. TV-wise, I’d probably go with **Rupert Giles** from Buffy. Hum. in. a. StG ---

Almost all of Heinlein’s females, though I would prefer they kept their sense of self and personalities around me and not wilt and melt as they do when the Heinleinian SECOND STAGE MALE shows up. Scarlett (played by the late Charlotte Coleman) in **Four Weddings and A Funeral**. She was so great, and I wanted to love and comfort her after she talks of the guys who bonk her and leave her.
