First of all, **jsgoddess** , there’s nothing at all weird about falling in love with Reepicheep. I’m not inclined towards males, but if I were, I could very easily see myself head-over-heels for him. I was reminded by another thread of Trillian, from the _Hitchhiker’s Guide_ books. But not the TV version; she was just a ditz. And I also feel obliged to add both Dora and Minerva, from Heinlein’s _Time Enough for Love_. Also, speaking of Minerva, I ought to throw in Pallas Athene, from the ancient Greek mythology. Let me tell you, that Paris schlub had [no taste in women](http://www.teemings.com/issue04/idiad.html). And of the various Star Trek babes, easily the best is B’Ellana Torres, of _Voyager_. Which admittedly sets up a bit of cognitive dissonance, since I’m then forced to admit that that show exists. ---
