My only issue with a Hillary presidency was that Congress would spend all their time persecuting her and not get any real work done … Yeah … I know … but it didn’t sound quite that stupid back in 2016 … ---

I used a similar argument with a cleric, a good-natured, sincere fellow. I suggested that I would go to Heaven not for all my good deeds and faith, but because I could have been so much _worse_. I was advised that such “grading on the curve” was not currently a part of any known Christian theology, not was there any such movement afoot. Be that as it is, as an All-American, flag-waving radical lefty, I agree that we are bestest evah! Bar none! I just don’t see any reason we have to stand still with our hands in our pockets waiting for everybody else to catch up. ---

I can only speak for myself (as a white man) but the issue is that 'what has gone wrong with white people that they will abandon every moral and principle they have just to hold onto the power that their white skin gives them. 3. It is very, very, very, very hard for those of us who are willing to accept these fact to have respect for people who choose to ignore these facts. 4. Not sure. 5. Not all cops are evil. But cops are more evil than the general public on average. That is a fact. Rates of domestic violence among cops are higher than the general public. Cops in general have less empathy and respect for other people than the general public. ---
