Just curious about the thread in GD on the subject of how long the US will stay on top globally. I went to post to the thread but got an error message saying I don’t have privileges to post there (which generally means the thread has been locked), but I don’t see the thread in GD now at all, locked or unlocked. So, was wondering what happened.

I think a poster was “disappeared” - a thread in the Game Room about what’s good about PC gaming went poof as well.

That poster and all the threads he started today (e.g. the latest “soccer sucks” thread) seem to have been airbrushed out of history.

> If you have a question about a thread or poster who “disappeared,” please DO NOT post an inquiry. In probably 95% of such cases, the thread (or poster) that vanished was an attention-seeker – a spammer , sock, or troll. They’re out for any attention, even negative attention, and we don’t want to give it to them. They disappear, as do their posts. And as do posts about them.
