Sheesh. 😛 I didn’t say I currently am holding classified materials. I said I hold several current classifications - although I probably should have said clearances for clarity. But since you asked, I have a BI for DHS, Secret (equivalent) for DOI, TS for DoD and DOE (Q), plus relevant clearances in Canada and the UK. None of which makes me an expert, of course. But since you asked . . . (Note: The above should not be considered an appeal to authority but rather a response to a direct question.) ---

A need to know would be tied to a specific document or piece of information. Sometimes the answer is Yes, sometimes No. Are you actually offering classified information and curious if I have the requisite need to know? If that’s the case the answer is definitely No. Whatever classified information you may be offering, I do not have a need to know. ---

Then the political whacks come out of the woodwork to support their girl, perfectly happy with the fact she’s stupid enough to either unwittingly or deliberately compromise national security.
