Oh. For some reason, I thought she was a part of the whole “stollen election” thing. That whole schitck started before the votes were cast. So I thought she was there from the start. ---

Okay, cheap shot, but this is who we are, and you all know it. Anyway, apparently she came to Trump’s attention [when she was working to defend fellow convicted criminal Michael Flynn](https://www.nytimes.com/2020/06/28/us/politics/michael-flynn-sidney-powell.html). And was apparently, in that capacity, a frequent fixture on Fox news. So combative and on Fox News? Easy pick for Trump. I have no idea however how much or what she heard earlier. Lots, it is to be hoped. But for the thread specifically, I suspect she’ll be confessing and testifying that everyone on her (and hopefully the levels above) knew that they there wasn’t any evidence of voter fraud, but felt that they could pressure the state into going Trump’s route Anyway. IE - Conspiracy 101. ---

per cnn, a plea deal has been offered for chesebro. lawyers are heading into court. chesebro was the one who wrote memos for pence upending the electorial count. he is charged with offences relating to the false electors that were filed for georgia. counts 1,9,11,13,15,17,19,27. ---

5 year probaton, 5k fine, 100 hours community service, apology letter, testify at all hearings/trials/give over documents, no contacts with anyone involved and press until all trials are done. first offender is being used. now we are at 16 awaiting trail. ---
