From memory, the Johnsons told her to take all the time she needed about moving out of the private quarters. As the Kennedys had sold their Georgetown house following JFK’s election, it wasn’t immediately clear where she would go. In the event she exactly a fortnight after the assassination, which doesn’t seem unduly long to me. However LBJ wanted to take over the Oval Office and associated facilities as early as possible, and I think this may have been where there was a degree of friction. Jackie had just completed the redecoration of the Oval Office - it was the last element of her White House refurbishment - and LBJ had it cleared out even before JFK’s funeral. ---
