**Tentacle Monster** is the sort of creature that inhabits nightmares, the sort of _thing_ that if you aren’t carrying at least a machine gun when you encounter it, you’ll have just enough time to count the tentacles before it sends you to a horrible demise. The poster behind the screen name reads H. P. Lovecraft and Steven King, and plays the RPG Call of Cthulu. **Grasshopper** can mix a good cocktail; he excels at bartender-fu. **lieu** is a professional body double on local TV. ---

I’ve seen pictures of both of them, so I know I’m wrong, but… Eve is Margaret Dumont from any Marx Brother’s movie…complete with monobosom. Uk. Ike is either Jiminy Cricket or Phil Lesh, depending on whether I’m watching “Pinochio” or listening to “Box of Rain.” Annie Xmas is the star in an X-rated retelling of “A Visit From St. Nicholas.” It involves sugar plums, but they aren’t dancing in anyone’s head. js africanus is in a diorama in the Smithsonian showing the evolution of man as he continues to evolve and stand upright. “And here we see the js africanus, which, in addition to standing completely upright, had mastered rudimentary tools and how to program the first VCR.” ShibbOLeth is actually the name of the little box-type thingy that some Orthodox Jewish men wear on their heads when they’re performing whatever ritual it is where Orthodox Jewish men wear the little box-type thingies on their heads. Kalhoun is John C. Calhoun, one time Vice President and crusty old proponent of the theory of “nullification.” Sorry, but that’s what I see. I haven’t seen her around in a long time, and I know what she really looks like, but hillbilly queen is Freddie Mercury in bib overalls and a tiara. ---
