**Cecil** is Dr. Nick Riviera I always think of comedian Lewis Black or Sidney Pollack when I read one of **Diogenes The Cynic’s** posts. \*\*Aldebaran \*\* is the terrorist in The Siege. Not only because they are both muslim but because the actor is french speaking. **Sanguine Spider** is a black widow with the colors inverted. **Ukelele Ike** is Dwight Eisenhower in a hawaiian shirt playing a ukelele \*\*Tentacle Monster \*\* is a small purple tentacle **Kalhoun** is Will Forte’s Jim Kalhoun in SNL, the very soft speaking guy with the flashcards **Loopydude** I imagine as a headless surfer dude because I misread it loppydude, as if his head was lopped off. **Left Hand of Dorkness** is an evil-looking hand. A RIGHT, evil-looking hand; I guess my mind inverts the image 🙂 ---

I tried to post to this yesterday but it did not go through. Flowerchild makes me think of hippies, of course! Elenia25: my spouse’s name is Ellen which is Elena in Spanish. So this screen name makes me think of her. Marley23: I like reggae music, so this name makes me think of Bob Marley and not Scrooge’s late business partner. Greenback makes me think of dollar bills, which are sometimes called greenbacks. Guinastasia seems like some kind of Wonder Womanish superhero. Diogenes the Cynic reminds me of a Hunter Thompson-esque writer who is critical of mainstream society. Rico reminds me of one of two things: the song “Suave Rico” from about a decade ago, or several major league baseball players in the seventies who were named Rico. Tijuana Golds: some really good Mexican pot!!! Steelerphan: visions of Bradshaw, Lambert, Mean Joe Greene, the Immaculate Reception, and other great moments of Pittsburgh football. mangeorge is the Artist Formerly Known as Boy George! paperbackwriter: the Beatles song. Airman Doors: starting quarterback for the Air Force Academy Coldfire: a book by Dean Koontz If I am not mistaken, I think that Cuauhtemoc is in fact the name of an Aztec (or maybe Mayan???) deity. I also sort of recall someone running for president of Mexico who had this as his first name. FilmGeek: the obvious image that comes to mind is of someone who really, really likes movies a lot. Or perhaps a student in film school. JoeSki has a long, hard to pronounce Polish last name, so everyone calls him JoeSki instead. ---

Cuauhtemoc was one of the last aztec emperors, famous for having had his feet burned by Cortez to make him reveal the remaining aztec gold.Cuauhtemoc Cardenas is de Mexican candidate who ran for president. **GingerOfTheNorth** makes me think of either a viking maiden or a plant growing in thick snow. ---

Tiajuana\_Golds is the kindly, female, 50ish, Aztec/Mexican proprieter of a small, friendly Mexican restaurant that serves, among other things, salsa that tastes vaguely like soap. All the regulars call her “tia”. ---

ok I’m a little late, but I really want to know what other Dopers think when they see seaworthy.
