What inconsistancies in TV bug you?

I believe she was referring to Greg during his short stint in the hip rock act The Banana Convention. From what I understand, they really got it together and wailed and bent the gig outta shape.

Are you talking about Greg and his back-up singers or Greg & Mrs. Brady?

Another comment on TV houses: not only do all houses have full basements and attics, but both basements and attics are much neater than my living room (which isn’t saying a lot, admittedly, but there are rarely cobwebs, mildew and dust as with most of the attics I’ve seen).

They also always have two staircases, one in the living room and one in the kitchen. The attics are always huge attics (accessible by a regular stairway, never by a pull-down stair thing or ladder), that you can stand up in and walk around, and full of neat old treasures, including that old portrait of a long-lost Great Aunt or Uncle who looks just like a character on the show.

And, where did they get those pop-top beer cans? In 1951?

I’ve set up a site to chastize TV and film shows for bad bondage scenes.

I cannot stand the use of “age-inappropriate” music in a TV show, commercial, etc. 30 year-olds, unless drunk (or acting so), do not groove to '60s pop songs while driving their new SUV. Period.

Speaking of attics, there was at least one early episode of “The Brady Bunch” where Carol mentioned that none of the kids could make a bedroom out of the attic because it was too small to stand up in. This was completely forgotten in the later episodes where Greg made the attic his bedroom.

Another MASH anachronism: Radar was occasionally seen reading Marvel comic books from the early 1960’s.
