“Eat shit and die” seems to have disappeared after the seventies. No one calls a guy a “Mary” anymore either. ---

Stopped hearing “Your mother wears combat boots” a while before combat boots became all the rage in the late 80s/early 90s. Disappointingly, I really don’t hear “good grief” anymore. ---
