I think this is it. At least that is what I thought, as my supermarket uses this abbreviation on the price tags on beef.

I’m inclined to agree because the menu I first saw listed “C.A.B.” followed by other ingredients including cheese.

I’ve never had one. I love avocado, and will eat it plain. I hadn’t even heard of such a thing when I was growing up. Avocados were considered expensive delicacies.

If I saw it on a menu I would assume **C** heese **A** nd **B** acon. But we’re simple folk in the UK.
