# What is a good anti-perspirant or way to stop underarm sweating

I’ve noticed that diet helps, if i eat healthy that i don’t sweat as much.

As far as the OTC products, ive tried roll ons and sprays. Both ‘help’ but neither actually work too well. After shower deodorant powder (corn starch and baking soda) doesn’t help much, it just breaks the skin causing more problems than it solves.

What else can i do aside from OTC products and changing diet? how much is botox for underarm sweating? Its not really a major problem, i just have to use a towel to clean my underarms every 2-3 hours at this current rate.

I can only reccomend a product - Gillete Gel anti-perspirant deodorant. I don’t notice sweating when using it. I’ve tried many products over the years and gillete gell anti perspirant seems to be the best.
