I saw a weird ad for it on TikTok. Heavy on “authenticity” and “meeting expectations” but not really explaining what they’re offering. The website is even less clear: “ Are you living in alignment with who you are? What have you lost by not being yourself?” Breakthrough With Mind, Body, and Spirit Alignment

The answers to your greatest questions are within you RIGHT NOW. Learn to listen to your inner knowing and to honor the path you’re called to.”

I don’t want to link to the site and give them traffic, but it just sounds so vague and culty that I was curious. Does anyone know more?

Sounds like the self-visualization/self-help drivel that’s been selling books, seminars and other products for a very long time, from Émile Coué to Oprah’s “The Secret”.

[Their website.](https://www.disruptiveuniversity.com/)

Looks like [EST](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Erhard_Seminars_Training) warmed-over to me. Another come-on for people with low self-esteem.

I’d rather get suckered into [Rosicrucianism.](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rosicrucianism) All that cool esoterica.
