# What is "dry ammunition" in a defense-industry breakdown? (here, Israel)

The drug allegedly given to West African child soldiers is [smokeless gunpowder mixed with cocaine](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brown-brown). Though, under those circumstances, you’d sniff pretty much anything.
