“Reality” shows immediately become non-reality when a camera is turned on. There may be no script, but everyone knows what they are supposed to say and what attitude to take for a Good Show. I only watch Ramsey when he’s working in a part of the country I’m familiar with, just to see if I know the restaurant undergoing his scrutiny.
