My current cycle has consisted of: _Symphonies #2 and 3 (“Rhenish”)_ by Robert Schumann Kurt Masur conducting the London Philharmonic _Billy the Kid_ and _El Salón México_ by Aaron Copland David Zinman, Baltimore Symphony A 3CD collection of the six symphonies of Carl Neilsen I picked up in Canterbury My new favorites: The so-called “national” dances of [Sir Malcolm Arnold](http://www.musicweb.uk.net/arnold/arnold.htm) Bryden Thomson conducting the Philharmonia Orchestra Hmm… I seem to be coming across a little pretentious here in my musical selections. Maybe I should dig out the Fugazi again. ---

I like Knopfler so much that I got the CD without first listening. I just popped it in two days ago and have only heard 3 songs. One thing I can tell you is that he is still singing about Geordie boys. 🙂 ---
