# What is it with the snackpit's ad?

Are those ads a dig at the Dopers? I have the screenshots if anyone are interested.

Samples:

(At Cafe)  
At least we admit to being basement dwelling loser

(Pits)  
Hi Tuba! How are you doing (feeling?) now?

I know there is some kind of inter-forum board wars, but spending money and involving bystanders is just screams “bad form” to me.

The entire purpose of the Snackpit is “bad form.” It’s mostly full of people who are mad at the moderation here. At least, I understand that was the original point…
