# What is Microsoft's Console Based Script?

What is Microsoft’s Console Based Script? And why does it want to access the Internet from my computer? Can I just block it at the firewall?

Its the engine that runs VBscript. Are you running a script of some kind? If not I would do scans for virus and spyware ASAP.
