Practicing Tai Chi.
The exercise consists of simple movements that everyone was taught in early elementary school-- simple slow circling of the arms or hands; stepping forward or backward or sideways – and by the time most students join, they’ve been out of school for decades so these movements should seem astoundingly easy.
But really mastering Tai Chi, takes more than decades.

He who tends to speak of the Way, obviously does not know it.
I feel this way about basketball. I am the world’s most basketball-incompetent person. And I’m like, “Why is this so hard? The hoop is like four feet away!”
“Baseball is a simple game. You throw the ball, you hit the ball, you catch the ball”.
Not easy.
Many people find it very easy to have a baby. Still doesn’t make it any kind of simple.
Getting my ass to do sports is simple, but not easy.
