# What is superman's immigration status?

So if he is stateless then he can’t have a passport. So what doe she show when he travels internationally? Doe she have a “Supes” one for when he flies as Superman?

This is vaguely touched on the second Superman/Spider-Man crossover. Supes does some aerial reconnaissance of Latveria and reflects that while he would normally go through diplomatic channels, it was okay since the the Head of State (Doctor Doom) had invited him to visit.
