[These people](http://www.onehitwondercentral.com/forum/thread.cfm?threadid=5432&messages=5&RequestTimeout=5000) say it’s “Who’s Gonna Save Us?” by The Living End.

That thread seems to be stocked with 1920’s style death rays. 😛

That 40 second wav sample is 6.4 Meg. Crazy. That’s why they invented mp3.
