# What is the best hot chocolate?

I vote with **Cadolphin** on Stephen’s, especially with a peppermint candy cane as a swizzle stick.

After I have used some melted Lindt milk chocolate to coat chocolate truffles with, I then add hot milk and whisk it and heat it to near boiling. I add some Cointreau (or Amoretto or usually what I have put into the truffles) to cups and pour the hot mixture in. Mmm mmm.

I tend to add cardamom to mine if I’m just having the powdered stuff, or occasionally cinnamon.
