Startled by the antipathy to Arm & Hammer. I swear by the Multi-Cat formula (with the magenta stripe) - my house smells 100% better since I started using it.

I can’t believe nobody has mentioned World’s Best Cat Litter. The stuff is made out of corn, it clumps, and it’s flushable. Even cat pee clumps, so you never have to deal with sticky bags or grossness like that. I adore the stuff, and using that in conjunction with the Booda Dome, well it doesn’t smell at all. Nobody would know we had a cat if they didn’t see him running around.

We use clumping litter, usually Fresh Step, I think…not sure, as I don’t actually buy it too often and Mr. K is in charge of the kitty box. We have five cats, one litter box (it’s about 10 inches deep I think) and he scoops it every day. It is not stinky because we feed only dry cat food. We’ve fed them Meow Mix and occasionally mix a hairball control food (dry) with that. Works like a charm and our cats live to be in the 18-20 year range. It works very well for us.

To this day, the absolute best litter I have ever, ever used is that ground corncob stuff.

The World’s Best is World’s Best. Love that stuff–easy to scoop, easy to flush, zero smell. Love it!
