I will be travelling alone to the UK this Christmas and staying in a B&B for two nights.

One thing I absolutely despise are the radiators that are pretty much found throughout homes in Britian, NI, and Ireland. Not sure about other European nations.

It has gotten very cold this December in Northern Ireland and I don’t want the awful experience that I had last Christmas of being in another b&b experiencing frostbite despite wearing warm socks.

I’m taking two bags, a medium-large sized computer backpack and a medium sized suitcase on Ryanair.

My solution was to purchase something like a mini-Dyson fan that can be placed in my B&B which has temperature control for cool, warm, or hot.

Ever since I was a kid I always loved spending time under air conditioning fans as I loved the breeze. Especially in the winter. Parents said it was too expensive to run which is probably true but on a holiday, I’m not paying for electricity so I say f\*ck no to radiators 😃
